Expression of Interest: Join the HRSA Racing Advisory Committee
Harness Racing SA (HRSA) is seeking passionate and experienced individuals from across the local harness racing industry to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the sport in South Australia.
As part of the newly adopted HRSA Constitution, we are establishing a Racing Advisory Committee, which will provide valuable insight and strategic input to support the growth of harness racing in our state.
We are currently seeking up to six (6) voluntary representatives from the broader harness racing industry to join the committee under subsection (d) of the committee composition under clause 57 of the constitution. This includes but is not limited to individuals from the following categories:
- Trainers
- Drivers
- Stablehands
- Veterinarians
- Breeders
- Owners
Preference will be given to ensuring balanced representation from each of these key groups.
Please note: Individuals who are current committee members of the South Australian Harness Racing Club (SAHRC), the Country Clubs Association, SABOTRA or Square Trotters Association are not eligible for nomination under this category, as they are eligible under other subsections of the committee composition.
We invite all eligible and committed individuals who are passionate about harness racing and want to contribute meaningfully to its future to apply.
