SA Trots - COVID Protocols as at 7/10/21

HRSA Stewards will direct the following protocols WILL apply to the race meetings at Globe Derby Park, this Saturday 9th October and Monday 11th October.

1.  Only licenced persons (resident in Mt Gambier) approved by HRSA shall be allowed to enter Globe Derby Park racecourse stables area , pending further advice.  Trainers are required to notify who will be attending to assist them, no later than 2:00pm on the day before a race meeting.
2. Approval shall require the following:                                                                                                                                                                                            (i) A current Licence;                                                                                                                                                                                                                        (ii) Evidence of a negative COVID test taken within the 72 hours prior to 6:00pm on Saturday 9th October;                                                     (iii) Direct travel from Mt Gambier to Globe Derby Park with travel plan including overnight arrangements (if applicable) to be submitted to HRSA by 2:00pm on the day before a race meeting;                                                                                                                                    (iv) Temperature check on arrival to Globe Derby Park race meeting                                                                                                                                (v) Minimum interaction with other participants whilst at Globe Derby park; and
3. All participants entering Globe Derby Park racecourse stables area will be required to register QR Code, wear face masks and social distance whilst on the racecourse.
4. Mount Gambier horses will be required to occupy stalls specifically allocated at Globe Derby Park on Saturday night.
